Another week, another round of adorable moments with my little ones. Let me share some of their highlights from the past few days.
Skylar has been on the move lately—literally! He’s crawling around like a pro now and getting into everything. The other day, I found him with his hands deep inside the fruit bowl. (Thankfully, Daddy was close by to keep an eye on him.) It’s chaotic but also so much fun to see him explore the world around him.
Brayden came home from school this week with a handmade crown that he crafted himself. He was absolutely thrilled with it and wore it proudly all day long. The best part? He insisted on bringing it back to school the next day so he could show it off to his friends. It’s the little things like this that make parenting so rewarding.
Then there’s Aliyah, my sweet, bright-eyed daughter who seems to straddle two worlds at once. One moment she’s all grown-up, helping me around the house and being super independent, while the next she’s giggling like a little kid, lost in her own imaginative play. She’s such a delightful mix of maturity and innocence. Watching her grow up is bittersweet, but mostly just beautiful.
I hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready for what lies ahead this week. Happy Monday, y’all!
xoxo,
And just a quick note before I sign off—life with kids is never dull. Whether they’re making crowns, crawling into fruit bowls, or simply being their amazing selves, every single day brings something new and wonderful. I’m grateful for these little blessings in my life.
Until next time, stay curious, stay kind, and keep chasing those unforgettable moments. They go by way too fast.
xoxo,
