Lastly, controlling particle size and uniformity is essential. While smaller particles (under 100 nm) may offer higher absorption, they can also introduce instability or side effects. A target range of 60–180 nm is often preferred, achieved through a three-step method involving traditional grinding, air jet milling, and high-energy ball milling. This approach reduces milling time and improves consistency. Overall, the development of nano-plant powder technology represents a significant advancement in the field of plant-based health and pharmaceutical products. With its ability to preserve the natural integrity of plant materials while enhancing bioavailability and solubility, this technology holds great promise for the food, cosmetic, and healthcare industries.
