Grinder instructions
This machine is packed in the whole box. After unpacking, move it to the appropriate position, place it stably, turn on the power, and try it out.
Before use, check whether the transmission part of the machine is loose or not. The machine running direction should be consistent with the direction of the arrow.
When using, first carry out the no-load test for 1-2 minutes. Before the observation, there is no abnormal phenomenon before feeding. When feeding, the flow rate should be gradually increased, and the power consumption and operation of the motor should be observed at any time. After the feeding and power balance are working normally, The dead gate is fixed and the work is carried out. If the material is too moist in the middle, the stickiness is too large, which affects the powder. The material should be dried or replaced with a coarser sieve. To replace the sieve plate, just open the front cover. When installing the front cover, pay attention to the tightness of the two handwheels to ensure the front cover is sealed with the casing. Stop the feeding before parking, let the machine run for 5-20 minutes before parking. In order to reduce residual materials.

Grinder maintenance and repair
Regularly inspect the bearings and replace the high-speed butter to ensure the normal operation of the machine. Always check the wearing parts and replace them in case of serious wear and tear.
If the spindle speed is gradually reduced when the machine is in use, the motor must be adjusted downwards, so that the machine can reach the specified speed, and the abnormality should be stopped and checked.
Metal materials are strictly prohibited from flowing into the machine during start-up, such as nails, iron blocks, etc.
After the work is finished, the residual materials of all parts of the machine must be cleaned. If the deactivation time is long, the machine must be wiped clean and covered with a tarpaulin.
