Organic Pest Control Methods for Seedling Beds and Crops

**1. Chili Water Spray:**
Take one portion of dried chili peppers and mix them with 25 parts of boiled water. After straining, take one part of the concentrated liquid and mix it with 10 parts of warm water. Spray this solution over the seedling bed once a week. This helps repel insects and promotes healthier growth.
**2. Ramie Leaf Solution:**
Use one part of fresh ramie leaves and add 10 parts of water. Boil the mixture until it becomes thick. Then, take one part of the concentrate and mix it with 20 parts of warm water before spraying it on the seedlings once a week. This method is great for preventing pest infestations naturally.
**3. Rabbit Manure Tea:**
Mix 1 kg of rabbit manure with 10 liters of water and let it ferment in a sealed container for 15–20 days. Stir occasionally and then pour the diluted solution directly around the roots of your crops. This not only controls pests but also acts as a nutrient-rich fertilizer.
**4. Sanitizer Ball Spray:**

Tigers are attracted to sweet and sour smells. Prepare a trap by mixing 0.5 kg of sugar, 1 kg of vinegar, 0.1 kg of white wine, and 7.5 kg of water. Add 15–25 grams of trichlorfon crystals or 1–2 drops of dichlorvos. Place the mixture in containers and set them near the ground in the evening. Collect and dispose of the containers the next morning to kill adult pests.
**7. Paulownia Leaf Trap:**
Since tigers are drawn to the scent of Paulownia leaves, soak fresh leaves in water for 20–30 minutes and place them in the field or vegetable garden in the evening. Use 60–80 leaves per acre. In the morning, collect and destroy the leaves along with the larvae that have gathered on them.
**8. Fresh Vegetable Leaf Trap:**
Soak tender leaves (or dried grass from the river) in a 400-fold dilution of 90% trichlorfon for about 10 minutes. Then scatter them in the field at night. This method is especially effective when used in combination with other organic practices.
