About the storage method of edible fungus

Fungus also known as black fungus, black vegetables, fine fungus, fungus mushrooms, ear, light fungus, wood velvet or wood bacteria. It is an edible fungus vegetable grown in the fungus family and fungus genus. The fruit body of the gum is edible. There are two kinds of common fungus: one is a smooth, dark brown, translucent fungus, which is light and of good quality; the other is hairy, gray-brown fur agaric, with a rough body weight and a hard texture. ,brittle. Spring, summer and autumn can be harvested on the market, respectively, known as the spring ear, Volt and autumn ear.
(1) Harvesting requirements When the ear piece is unfolded, the white spore powder on the ventral surface of the fruit body is suitable for harvesting. When harvesting, it requires diligence and refinement. “Spring Ears” and “Autumn Ears” are large and small, allowing them to grow up and pick up small ones, while “Volt Ears” require size to be used together. The harvest time is sunny and morning or after the rain, and it is best when the ears are still in a soft state. Do not leave ear roots when harvesting. Be careful not to hurt ear buds. The fresh fungus has a lot of water, and it should be spread on bamboo curtains or mats after harvest to be placed in a cool and ventilated place.
(b) storage characteristics Auricular storage temperature is 0 °C, relative humidity of 95% or more is appropriate. Because it is a colloidal edible mushroom, its texture is soft, and it is easy to stick and become a stiff block. It requires timely ventilation to prevent mildew.
(3) Storage and Handling Methods Storage and transportation of fungus are difficult for storage and preservation. Even under the suitable conditions of temperature and humidity, they can only be stored for 2-3 weeks. Therefore, they should not be stored for a long time, and only be used for short-term transport and transportation of short-term preservation. Use baskets, boxes or plastic bags.
(4) The listed quality standards are large and thick, with bright black color; no rolling ears, no deadlocks, no impurities; Grading criteria are:
A first-class quality standard: pure black color, large and uniform, dry, lightweight body; no debris debris, no small ears, no deadlock, no mildew.
Secondary quality standards: color black, slightly smaller, dry, lightweight and light body; no deadlock, no mildew; impurities such as ear roots, debris, etc. do not exceed 1%
Three grades of quality standards: black and slightly white or brown gray, large and debris, thin meat, body weight; no mildew, ear root, bar, crumbs and other debris not exceeding 3%.
