First, engine failure. Faults in the engine usually occur in the supply system and the point system. If the engine fails to fire several times, it means that the engine cannot start. First, use the fire test method to determine whether the fault is in the supply system or the ignition system: When removing the spark plug, put the side electrode on the ground and start it with the pull rope, if there is no spark, the fault is in the ignition system; if there is spark, it means the fault. In the supply system. Should first eliminate the ignition system failure, then remove the supply system failure.
1, check the ignition system failure to rule out. Failure of the main components of the ignition system: failure of the spark plug, failure of the ignition coil, failure of the breaker.
(1) Failure of the spark plug: Generally there is a short circuit of carbon deposit in the spark plug, wet spark plug, and internal damage to the spark plug.
Inspection and elimination methods: Unscrew the spark plug, remove the spark plug cap from the high voltage wire, make the high voltage line 3-5 mm away from the body, pull the rope to start the test. If sparks are generated, the fault is on the spark plug. If there is carbon deposit on the spark plug, remove the carbon deposit first. Check the gap with a 0.5 mm thick gauge, adjust the gap correctly, and install the high-voltage wire. Put the spark plug side electrode on the ground and pull the rope to start the test. If no spark is generated, the fault is inside the spark plug and the spark plug should be replaced.
(2) Ignition coil failure: The ignition coil is mainly damaged. If the high-voltage line is used to test the fire without sparking, the fault is inside the magneto.
Inspection and elimination methods: Remove the starter wheel and flywheel, first check whether the high-voltage line is off, then use a multimeter to measure the ignition coil resistance, the normal resistance value should be around 7000 ohms. If the resistance is infinite, the ignition coil is open and the coil should be replaced.
(3) Failure of the breaker: The main point is that the contacts are dirty or the gap is not adjusted correctly. If the high-voltage line is used to test the fire without sparks or sparks are weak, the ignition coil resistance is about 7000 ohms, indicating that the breaker contacts are faulty.
Check and remove the method: Wipe the contact with No. 00 sand paper, check the clearance with 0.4 mm thick gauge and adjust the clearance correctly.
Other faults in the ignition system include misfiring, magnets, loose balance blocks, etc., which can be correctly adjusted or eliminated.
2. Check and eliminate the failure of the fuel supply system. The engine is not starting and the fault on the fuel supply system is mainly a blockage of the oil circuit.
Check and eliminate the blockage of the oil circuit: Gradually determine the blockage of the oil line and eliminate it. First press the carburetor's thicken button to see if the spill hole is spilling oil. If the oil spills, it means that the fault is in the carburetor, the carburetor should be removed, cleaned and troubleshooting. If there is no oil spill, it means that before the fault occurs in the carburetor, check whether the vent hole of the fuel tank cap is clogged, whether the fuel level in the fuel tank is sufficient, whether the fuel tank from the fuel tank to the carburetor is blocked, and remove them one by one.
3, the engine smoke. The main cause of smoke emission from the engine is the excessive concentration of the mixture, which can lead to an increase in the engine's fuel consumption, resulting in the accumulation of carbon in the cylinder and the spark plug, resulting in a drop in engine power.
Inspection and elimination methods: If the air filter is clogged, you can remove the filter or replace it with a new one. If the oil level in the float chamber is too high, the oil needle position is too high, and the hole diameter of the oil volume hole is too large, you can adjust and remove it one by one.
4, the engine speed is not normal. The main reason for the unstable rotation speed is that the oil needle is loose, and the detachable carburetor can be excluded. The carburetor is improperly adjusted when the idle speed is too high or unstable, and can be adjusted by the idle adjustment screw on the carburetor. Adjustment method: Start the engine, adjust while listening to the engine sound until the engine sounds normal.
Second, the failure of the working parts
1, when the fog is not enough mist. The main manifestations are: lack of liquid output, short range, small injection pressure, poor atomization performance.
Should be gradually checked from the back, eliminate: fan speed is too low → throttle opening is too small → air supply pressure assembly is blocked → liquid outlet opening is too small → handlebar switch is blocked → nozzle is not blocked .
2. Insufficient dusting when the long nozzle is sprayed. Mainly as follows: the lack of powder or long spray nozzle from the machine near the amount of powder spray more, far away from the machine to spray less powder, and even plastic film nozzle can not rise.
Exclusion method is similar to the above method: whether the fan speed is too low → the throttle opening is too small → whether the powder is agglomerated → whether the loose tube installation is loose → whether the powder door is open.
