1. Before troubleshooting the following faults, check whether the power connection lines are disconnected, damaged, short-circuited, etc., to avoid unnecessary troubles during maintenance.
2. When the machine is faulty, the professional should be inspected and repaired by the professional. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine when the machine handles the fault.

First, the pump is faulty (the pump stops working and other displays are normal)
the reason:
1. The overload protector on the pump AC contactor operates.
2. The pump capacitor burns out (single phase).
3, the pump itself, such as: coil burnout, bearing necrosis.
Method of exclusion:
1. Tap the RESET button in the overcurrent protector.
2. Replace the capacitor.
3. Replace the pump (you should pay attention to the steering of the pump when replacing the pump).

Second, the power failure (the shutdown thermostat has no display, etc.)
the reason:
1. The mains is disconnected, lack of phase, and unstable.
2. Check if the phase sequence protector is burnt out.
3. The fuse is burnt out.
Method of exclusion:
1. Check if the mains supply is normal and work again after the mains supply is normal.
2. Replace the phase sequence protector.
3. Replace the fuse.


Third, high and low pressure switch failure (frozen water pump operation but compressor stop)
the reason:
1. The filter is clogged.
2. The system has insufficient refrigerant to cause low pressure alarm.
3. The circulating cooling water stops working and causes a high pressure alarm.
4. The heat exchanger cooling fan stops working and causes a high voltage alarm.
Method of exclusion:
1. Clean the filter or replace the filter of the same type.
2. Replenish the system with refrigerant.
3. Check whether the cooling water circulating pump works normally and repair or replace it.
4. Check if the heat sink fan is working properly and repair or replace it.

Fourth, the compressor is faulty (the frozen water pump is running but the compressor is stopped)
the reason:
1. The overload protector on the AC contactor of the compressor operates.
2. Compressor capacitor burnout (single phase).
3. Check if the compressor coil winding is normal. The general winding value should be greater than 7.
Method of exclusion:
1. Tap the RESET button in the overcurrent protector.
2. Replace the capacitor.
3. If it is determined to be a winding problem, please replace the compressor.
