In thin-wall molding, high-gloss injection molding helps to improve injection molding fluidity and improve product quality and strength. It also reduces the injection molding cycle for thick-wall molding by more than 70%.

   Zhou: I understand that the current market is abroad in Japan and Korea in the production of high-gloss mold temperature. Japan only does the conversion part; Korea has a combination of heating and conversion systems; we are doing the “three-in-one” part of heating, freezing and converting, which is where we innovate. Why do we have to do a "three-in-one" system, because foreign equipment requires customers to have a certain scale, there must be an overall boiler steam equipment, boiler piping needs to be connected to the machine, in order to use the converter for cold and heat conversion . There are some problems, such as some customers do not have boiler equipment, and the steam pipeline is also more complicated to lay and should be considered in the design. The solution to this problem is to add superheating equipment to the equipment to achieve the purpose of not using a boiler. After the heating problem is solved, it is found that there is a problem with the cooling: because the temperature of the steam is related to the pressure, when there are multiple machines connected to the steam pipe, the pressure is unstable. When the temperature difference between summer and winter is large, the temperature of the cooling water is not Stable, the interaction between hot water and cold water causes instability in product quality and requires technical workers to perform frequent adjustments. To this end, we have added refrigeration equipment, the temperature of hot water and cold water is relatively constant at a value, which ensures the stability of product quality and reduces the efficiency of operators. This is a major innovation.

On the surface, this system seems to be perfect, and the problem has been solved. However, in practical applications, we found that the high-gloss mold system passes all of the 180-degree steam into the cooling water, producing hot water estimated to be 90-120 degrees. These hot waters are wasted in vain, and we have increased the research and analysis. Hot water recovery system, we initially estimate that each machine can recover 600Kg of hot water per hour, which can save nearly RMB 210,000 for our customers in one year.     Reporter: What do you think of the status quo of the industry?
