A week or so can tell you whether you survive or not. If you fail, you can come back and succeed in grafting. You can remove the plastic strips and then gently wrap them around. The branches may not be entangled in the upper part, and the buds may expose the buds to facilitate germination. Before the scions have sprouted, do not cut all the branches and leaves of the rootstock, otherwise it will cause the rootstock to "stuck" or even die. When the scion's buds grow to 1 cm to 2 cm, all branches of the rootstock can be cut off and plastic strips removed. In the later management, the sprout on the rootstock was mainly removed. The buds around the roots and scion should be removed to avoid competing for nutrition and disturbing the tree shape.
