Regarding the issue of whether black bears are normative, Fang Shuting emphasized that there are strict rules and regulations governing the bear farm qualification countries and there will be no phenomenon of bear blossoming everywhere. According to Fang Shuting, China's black bear breeding enterprises have been reduced from 480 in the early 1990s to 68, and the number of black bears that can take bears is between 6,000 and 8,000.

In addition, Fang Shuting said that artificial synthesis can only partially replace the bear bile effect, but it cannot be completely replaced, and there is no substitute for bear bile efficacy in human health.
