Causes of sows not estrus
1. Congenital factors, physiological defects and genetic defects. For example, if the reproductive organs are not well developed, there is an abnormal secretion of sex pigs and hormones; in addition, seasonal breeding infertility genes may also cause seasonal sows to not be estrus.
2. No estrus caused by infectious diseases. Eperythrozoonosis, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, swine pseudorabies, swine brucella, Japanese encephalitis, small, chlamydia and other diseases of the pig can lead to poor reproductive development of the pig, resulting in the sow is not estrus or estrus. It is not obvious, causing reproductive problems.
3. The sow caused by poor feeding and management is not estrus. Due to poor feeding and management, sows do not have a large proportion of estrus. There are mainly the following reasons: 1 Nutritional reasons. Due to malnutrition, sows are too thin to be estrus. Feeding a single variety of feed results in malnutrition of the sow, resulting in no estrus. The lack of vitamins and trace elements in the gilt feed or feed contains mycotoxins, etc. Causes the sow not to be estrus; nutrients are too high, the sow is overgrown, fat in the ovary is infiltrated, follicular epithelial adipocytes degenerate, causing follicular atrophy or ovarian cysts, and the sow may not be estrus. 2 Sows weaned too late. Sows lost more than 15 kilograms of body weight, resulting in poor physical condition, which caused post-weaning estrus to be delayed or not estrus.

Sows do not have estrus in response
First of all, we need to check out the reason why the sow is not estrus, and take different solutions and measures according to different reasons.
1. The gilts are not estrus due to congenital causes and should be eliminated as soon as possible.
2. Caused by the disease, according to the degree of their infectious diseases to take different solutions, serious can not return to normal heat, early elimination; lighter diseases can do a good job of various diseases and epidemic prevention, so that the sow to restore health .
3. Due to the feeding and management, the level of feeding and management should be improved and the following aspects should be specifically implemented:
1 Feed the compound feed so that the sow maintains a medium sensation. Exogenous peptides were added to the gilts so that their reproductive organs were fully developed, and aphrodisiac feed was conducted two weeks prior to breeding.
2 When the gilts reach 5 months of age, the boars are rushed to the sows every month for stimulation. This is beneficial for estrus estrus, but should be controlled within 15 minutes to 20 minutes at a time.
3 Improve the breeding environment for sows. The construction of the pig house should be reasonable, with good ventilation, reasonable lighting, suitable temperature and a good hygienic environment.
4 Regular estrus sows regularly rush to different pigs. Constantly updating the environment can promote its estrus, and it can also inject anaerobic hormones. To maintain the nutritional balance of feed, moldy corn should be added to the mold.
5 Sow strengthen postpartum treatment of obstetric diseases, so that sows as soon as possible to restore health. When the pig is in production, it is well-preserved, anti-inflammatory, energy-filled and anti-stress. During the delivery process, after the first few piglets were produced, ear veins were injected; the first bottle was filled with 0.9% sodium chloride 500 ml plus 4 bottles to 6 bottles of Hengfeng amoxicillin + 20 ml of Qing Kai Ling; The second bottle is filled with 500 ml of 5% glucose solution plus 3 to 5 vitamin C, B groups (equivalent to 3 g to 5 g); the third bottle is added with 500 ml of 5% glucose solution to the remaining half bottle. 2 ~ 3 oxytocin. At the same time, intramuscular injection or infusion of constant Wei Kang 10 ml ~ 20 ml. Metritis, vaginitis serious, two or three days after giving birth, with Hengfeng strong amoxicillin 6 bottles ~ 8 bottles + Qingkailing 30 ml intramuscular injection once a day for 3 days. Or intramuscular injection of Saifu 20 ml within 8 hours after delivery. For sows with dystocia or stillbirth, use amoxicillin 4 g + streptomycin 4 million units diluted 50 ml sterile saline to wash the uterus.
