The electric drying oven is used for drying, baking, waxing and sterilization of industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and scientific research units.
Manual one
1. Before using, you must pay attention to whether the power supply voltage used is consistent. When using, the power outlet ground wire must be grounded as specified.
2. When using the power, do not touch the electrical parts of the cabinet space with your hands or use a damp cloth and rinse with water. The power should be cut off during maintenance.
3. The power cord should not be wrapped around metal objects. It should not be placed in a place with high temperature or humidity to prevent the rubber from aging and causing leakage.
4. Do not over-extrude the contents of the box, and leave room for natural convection of the air so that the humid air can accelerate on the wind top.
5. Regularly check whether the silver contact of the temperature regulator is hairy or uneven. If it is, use the fine gauze to level the contact, then use it, and always wipe it with a cleaning cloth to make it in good contact (be careful to cut off) power supply). Do not hit the metal pipe of the indoor temperature regulator to avoid affecting the sensitivity.
6. Do not put flammable materials in the dry box without explosion-proof device.
7. After each use, the power supply must be cut off, and the inside and outside of the box should be kept clean. Hang the corresponding logo after cleaning.
Manual two
1. Explosive, flammable and volatile materials should not be placed in the dry box to avoid explosion.
2. The average load of the sample shelf should not exceed 15kg.
3. Items cannot be placed on the shelf between the sample chamber and the heating chamber to avoid affecting heat exchange.
4. Be sure to check the nickel wire for overlap and short circuit before use.
5. The heating indicator does not light, there are generally three reasons: 1 the bulb is broken; 2 the bulb is in poor contact; 3 the heating system is faulty.
6. Turn on the heating switch and do not heat it. There are generally four reasons: 1 nickel-chromium wire breaking; 2 switch and line desoldering; 3 temperature control knob refers to zero position (rotation temperature control knob to the specified temperature scale); 4 relay damage.
7. Temperature control failure, the general reasons are three: 1 temperature probe damage (replacement of thermistor); 2 relay damage; 3 other components of the temperature control system failure (using a universal meter to detect the fault, repair according to circumstances).
Manual three
1. The use of the instrument must be handled by a special person. When the equipment is used, the external power supply should be cut off to avoid accidents.
2. When placing the sample in the working room, it should not be too dense, so as not to affect the normal flow of the airflow in the working room. There must be a gap of 10~20mm between each item, and it should be placed symmetrically. The items on each shelf should be staggered. The distance between the bottom shelf and the bottom of the studio must be greater than 100 mm.
3. A certain space should be left around the equipment to facilitate heat dissipation and operation and maintenance.
4. Prevent sharp and sharp objects from scratching the device.
5. Do not disassemble the electrical components and the zero parts of the equipment at will, so as not to damage the electrical control circuit, causing human error of the equipment and affecting its performance.
6. When storing and using the equipment, there are no flammable, explosive and corrosive substances around.
