One: direct drying method
1.1 Principle:

The sample was dried in an oven at 105 ± 2 ° C under atmospheric pressure until constant weight, and the lost weight was moisture.

1.2 Instrument and equipment:

1.2.1 Analytical balance: Sensitivity 0.0001g (eg HR-200GR-200)

1.2.2 Electrothermal constant temperature drying oven; the temperature can be controlled at 105±2°C.

1.2.3 sample dish: glass or aluminum.

1.2.4 Dryer: Use calcium chloride or color changing silica as a desiccant.

1.3 Measurement steps:

The sample was cleaned and baked in an oven at 105 ± 2 ° C for 1 hour, taken out, and cooled in a desiccator for 30 minutes. After constant weight, weigh on an analytical balance and record the constant weight of each sample. 5-10 g of lotus seed samples were placed in a sample dish, and the weighing results were recorded. Do not cover the sample cover, and dry it in a constant temperature dry bath at 105±2°C for 3-5 hours. Remove, cover the sample cover, place it in a desiccator for 30 minutes, weigh it, and record. 1.4 Calculation of measurement results
