Begonia artificial breeding technology

There are more than 9,000 coelenterates in the world, and most of them live in the ocean. A few species of coelenterates are edible, or used as raw materials for medicines, decorations, and crafts. So far, only one type of jellyfish has been targeted for aquaculture.

Jellyfish is a giant edible jellyfish with high economic value. Used as a natural resource, it has a long history in China. As early as 1700 years ago, the Jin Dynasty had already had a record of pickled sea lice. The highest output in recent years exceeds 700,000 tons. The sea bream processed with salt and alfalfa is popular in foreign countries. Its nutritious ingredients are unique in that its fat content is extremely low, and its protein and inorganic salts are abundant. The edible portion is mainly gelatine. Sea lice have the function of stopping the spread of wounds and promoting the formation of epithelium. Begonia as a health food, also has functions such as dilating blood vessels, lowering blood pressure, eliminating phlegm, and removing intestinal energy.

Despite the long history of fisheries utilization of sea bream, as far back as the end of the 1970s, little has been known about its biology. In 1981, Ding Gengqi and others first revealed the life history of sea lice many times metamorphosis. They found that the oysters of sea bream were mature splitted and fertilized under the nurture of seawater after escaping from the ovary. They broke through the long-term history of the genus jellyfish in the digestive cavity. In the fertilization and early development of the insights, so as to obtain the success of artificial reproduction.

In 2000, Liaoning Panjin Photosynthesis Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. began experimenting with large-scale cultivation of sea bream seedlings. For the first time, high-quality sea bream seedlings for artificial breeding were introduced, and farmers were successful that year. On this basis, in 2001, we expanded our production scale at the branch office of Erjiegou Town, Panjin City, Liaoning Province, and provided a large number of high-quality jellyfish seedlings for the coastal areas. This autumn, based on an in-depth understanding of market supply and demand, we have formulated a large-scale production plan and successfully completed it. In 2003, our company will incubate seedlings in three branches of Rongxing, Delta and Erjiegou in Panjin City, Liaoning Province. It is expected that in the breeding season in 2003, it will be able to meet the requirements of "as many as there are". The biological characteristics of Begonia are now described as follows:

First, taxonomy

Jellyfish belong to coelenterate door, gills jellyfish gills, root mouth jellyfish head, root mouth jellyfish family, Jellyfish genera. There are four species: sea bream, sea bream, sea bream and sea bream. Among them, jellyfish and macular jellyfish are important edible jellyfish. In addition, edible jellyfish in the coastal areas of China also include the sand scorpion of the genus Jellyfish, leaf blade jellyfish of the leaf carp and the leaf jellyfish. Among the total output of edible jellyfish in China, the production of sea bream accounts for more than 80%. Second, the morphological characteristics

The jellyfish body is divided into an umbrella section and a mouth handle section. Umbrellas are high, super hemispherical, and thick rubber layers. The central part of the umbrella body is a cylindrical handle in the center, and its surface is covered with a group of barbed cells, which functions as a predator and a defense. Inhalation is the channel between the stomach cavity and the outside world. It also has functions such as feeding, excretion, reproduction and circulation.

The stomach cavity is large and oval. Six spokes are projected from the central stomach toward the umbrella edge. Several branching tubes are generated on the side of the spoke and the terminal is connected by a ring tube to form a complex network management system. The stomach cavity extends downwards and bifurcates into the mouth and shoulder plates to form a carpal tunnel that communicates with the mouthpiece. The gonad is formed by the endoderm of the umbrella wall in the stomach cavity and is located above the genital cavity of the ventral surface of the umbrella body. On the outside of the gastric filament, pleats are formed, and the width is 5 mm to 10 mm, a total of four. One end of the gonad (central end) is connected to the glial membrane and the other end is free, forming a genital cavity between the glial membrane. No genital duct, sexual products through the reproductive cavity to the stomach cavity, and then excreted through the mouth. Diverse colors, mostly purple, milky, light blue or golden yellow. The color of the umbrella and the handle are similar.

Third, reproduction and development

Generatively alternating generations, jellyfish produce asexual leeches through sexual reproduction, nymphs reproduce jellyfish through horizontal schizoids, leeches live in solid water, and jellyfish live in plankton. The so-called jellyfish is jellyfish type adult.

Hermits are dioecious and mature in autumn. The individual with an umbrella diameter of 500 mm has 40 to 50 million eggs. The head of the sperm is of conical type, about 3 microns in length; the tail is slender, about 40 microns in length; the oval sphere is about 80 microns to 100 microns in length, and the amount of ovulation is several tens of millions of grains, which are discharged in batches. The jellyfish egg is mature and split under seawater after it is detached from the ovary.

The fertilized egg develops into a floating larva at an appropriate temperature, showing an oblong shape. After a few days, the majority can become early podoids. The juvenile scorpion camp lives in a solid state. From autumn to early summer, some pods can form in the pods. When the water temperature rises to a certain temperature, the pods form many new species in asexual reproduction. The pods then produce a dish that eventually becomes a cub. Two months later, the umbrellas reached a diameter of 1 cm-4 cm and a weight of 6 kg-20 kg, becoming sexually mature.
