Incidence

Clinical symptoms

Necropsy changes
A total of 15 sick and dead chickens were necropsied and had good nutrition. The chest and leg muscles were slightly congested and bleeding. The hernia sac was filled with food, the liver was swollen, and there were bleeding points. The gallbladder was swollen with bile; the spleen was swollen. Coronary fat bleeding, severe myocardial hemorrhage. The intestinal mucosa showed diffuse hemorrhage, bleeding between the glandular and stomach nipples, and slight bleeding of the glandular and stomach nipples. Among them, there were few swollen chicken bursa with little swelling, but no bleeding and exudates.
Laboratory diagnosis
Aseptically, the blood, liver and spleen tissues of sick chickens were smeared and Gram stained and Wright's stained and microscopic examinations were performed. No bacteria were found.
The liver was taken as nutrient agar for bacterial culture and no bacterial growth was observed.
In the Newcastle disease HI test, the average geometric value of the antibody was 9.41og2, and there was no unevenness in the antibody level.
