They have not been able to extract and use all the components of the straw, and have not been able to realize the full value of resources by utilizing all the uses of the straw. In particular, in recent years, with the improvement of the living standards of farmers, crop stalks have been withdrawn from the field of “burning firewood”, and farmers have had to burn them because “straw is useless and accumulation has become a problem”. In response to the above situation, Liangshan Ketai Bioengineering R&D Center gathers information from many aspects and integrates multi-field technologies. It closely focuses on the core of “value-added” and boldly innovates. It took half a year of hard work and has invested more than 5 million yuan over 1,000 trials. Finally, major breakthroughs were made in the comprehensive processing technology of crop stalks, and a new technology system for comprehensive processing and utilization that can be extended to the entire culm stalk category was initially formed. Established the innovative ideas of "advanced raw materials, high value-added, green, and multi-benefits" and the technological theory of "countercurrent extraction, scientific addition, whole yuan extraction, no waste and no pollution"; completed wheat straw, corn stalks, cotton stalks, The technical trials, pilot tests, and summaries of comprehensive processing of five kinds of raw materials, such as cottonseed husks, poplar sawdust, etc., with large local stocks and strong representativeness, according to scientific and technological reports, using various straws as raw materials, using “countercurrent extraction” and “woodiness” Solvent-removing agent is added as the core technology, and a series of new technologies such as cellulose, lignin, and compound fertilizer are successively separated and extracted in one reaction.
