Breeding adopts the "open front and rear control" feeding technology. “Before open” means that pigs are fed or free-feeding several times a day before 50 kg of body weight, and the feed is not restricted; after 50 kg, except for ensuring sufficient drinking water, only two meals a day are provided. Meal is only fed 80% of the full, the so-called "post-control." Because after 50 kg of pork, fat is mainly deposited and grows faster. If it is fed too full, the pig will lose more fat and reduce lean meat.
Control experiments showed that when pigs weighed 40kg to 60kg, the daily growth of lean meat was 288g and fat was 280g; after 90kg, the daily long lean meat was only 120g, and the fat was 2 times that of lean meat. the above. Therefore, lean-type pigs must be controlled at 90 kg to 100 kg slaughter.
