To focus on concentrated production areas such as vegetables, citrus, apples, and tea, and to effectively accomplish 3 tasks: 1. Conduct publicity and training on pollution-free agricultural product standards and production technical regulations. In recent years, the Ministry of Agriculture has organized (repaired) the Nearly 200 pollution-free agricultural products standards and production technical regulations. It is necessary to combine the division of responsibilities of various professional stations, to conduct propaganda and training on related standards and procedures, and to raise awareness and level of standardized production of grass-roots agricultural technicians and farmers. 2. The establishment of a pollution-free agricultural product standardization production technology promotion and demonstration base Each professional station should give full play to its advantages and establish a number of demonstration and promotion bases for the production of standardized pollution prevention agricultural products. In particular, 100 pollution-free and newly-created 100 non-environmental pollutions shall be prepared. Demonstration and promotion of standardized production technologies for agricultural product production bases and 20 high-standard export bases. We must promote the use of scientific fertilization techniques focusing on the adjustment of the amount of nitrogen fertilizers and the application of organic fertilizers, and focus on the safe use of pesticides to reduce pesticide residues, making it a demonstration base for the standardized production of pollution-free agricultural products. 3. To popularize the application technology of agricultural inputs suitable for the production of pollution-free agricultural products in accordance with the requirements of Ministerial Decree No. 194, No. 199 and Ministerial Decree No. 17 issued by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2002, and to cooperate with the prohibition and restriction of high-toxicity and high-residue pesticides; The requirements of relevant documents of the National Agricultural Technology Center will solidly guide the application of pesticides and fertilizers suitable for the production of pollution-free agricultural products.
