Matters needing attention when using tractors in summer

Summer temperatures are high and it is the busiest season for tractors. If used improperly, it is prone to failure and delays farming. To ensure that the tractor is safe in summer, you must pay attention to the following items: First, the high temperature in summer, the lubricating oil will become thin. Therefore, the winter oil of the oil sump and the filter should be released, cleaned, replaced with the No. 14 diesel engine oil for summer use, and the gear oil in the gearbox and rear axle housing should be replaced with No. 30 gear oil. 2. Rotate the oil steering switch from "Winter" to "Summer". Allow the oil from the filter to cool down and then enter the main oil passage to prevent the oil from overheating and cause a burn or pull cylinder accident. Third, to fully clean the fuel supply system, use No. 0 or No. 10 light diesel oil to save costs. Fourth, the water tank, water jacket, radiator inside the scale should be carefully removed, the radiator should be kept clean outside, cooling water should use clean water. 5. The cooling water in the summer operation will evaporate quickly and should be promptly replenished. If the tank is "opened," do not add cooling water immediately to avoid burning the engine. It is necessary to idling at a low speed for a while at a low speed. After the water temperature is lowered, cooling water is added. 6. The fan tape should not be too loose. Check the engine before starting. General use the thumb pressure tape middle, can press down 1.5-2.5 cm is appropriate. 7. Summer tire pressure is lower than standard air pressure by 2%-3%, with explosion-proof tires. After parking, the tractor should be shaded to prevent aging deterioration after the tires are exposed to the sun. VIII. The electrolyte in the storage battery is easy to evaporate in the summer. It should be inspected every 5-10 days to keep the liquid level 10-15 mm above the plate. The vent hole on the battery cover must not be blocked to prevent power burst.
